Azalea Gate is a Discord bot service that provides NFT verification, token gating, and community moderation tools for Discord servers. The Service connects to blockchain networks to verify ownership of digital assets.

To use the Service, you must authenticate via Discord OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and any actions taken through the Service using your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Circumvent any security features of the Service

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed through our payment provider (Paddle). By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Azalea Gate and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any losses related to blockchain transactions or wallet connections.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Azalea Gate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
