By using Azalea Gate ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Azalea Gate is a Discord bot that provides NFT verification, token gating, moderation tools, and community management features for Discord servers.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must have authority to add the bot to a Discord server
• You are responsible for all activity in servers where you use the bot
• You must not use the Service for illegal activities
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service

4. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data or business interruption.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service at any time.
