1. Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with Azalea Gate within the first 7 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact us through our Discord support server
- Provide your Discord username and the email used for payment
- Submit your request within 7 days of the initial purchase
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Partial refunds for unused time are not provided after the 7-day period
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Issues caused by third-party services (Discord outages, blockchain congestion)
- Failure to properly configure the bot (support is available)
5. Plan Changes
When upgrading your plan, you will be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
6. Free Tier
Our free tier is provided at no cost and does not require payment. No refunds apply to free tier usage.
7. Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund and your request has been denied, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will review each case individually and work to find a fair resolution.
