Azalea Gate collects the following data to provide our verification services:

• Discord Data: User IDs, server IDs, role information
• Wallet Data: Public wallet addresses (never private keys)
• Verification Data: NFT holdings, token balances, staking status

How We Use Data

• Verify wallet ownership and NFT/token holdings
• Assign and manage Discord roles automatically
• Provide moderation and community management features
• Generate analytics for server administrators

Data Security

We never request or store private keys. Wallet verification uses cryptographic signatures that prove ownership without exposing sensitive data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Data Retention

We retain verification data as long as you use the Service. When you remove the bot from a server, associated data is deleted within 30 days.

Third-Party Services

We use blockchain RPCs (Helius, Alchemy, etc.) to query on-chain data. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via Discord. Server administrators can manage data for their servers through the dashboard.
